Ideas for economic growth

As you know, high taxes discourage business growth and expansion. That’s why I am in favor of mandating a “super-majority” to raise taxes. 

I have made energy policy a cornerstone issue of my campaign. I believe we can attract new businesses and workers to Kansas by passing legislation that encourages entrepreneurship in the development of new energy resources. 

We should support small businesses who wish to participate in larger affinity groups to secure the same lower premiums that large businesses enjoy. Savings from insurance costs would then be available for further growth. 

Finally, the government of Kansas, wherever possible, should seek to utilize goods and services from within Kansas.
